We use a 4-stage approach for each assignment to ensure we find the best candidates for your organisation.

Stage One: Understanding your requirements and contract signing

  • 1 week
  • Understanding your business, key people, terminology and needs
  • Understanding the role and its organisational fit
  • Developing a detailed ideal candidate profile
  • Agreeing the scope for the search
  • Contract signing

Stage Two: Sourcing suitable prospects

  • 1 - 2 weeks
  • Researching suitable target companies and individuals from your and related industries as well as their suppliers, clients and competitors
  • 2 - 4 weeks
  • Contacting prospects to create interest and convert them into candidates

Stage Three: Selecting candidates

  • 2 weeks
  • Screening individuals by telephone, interview and from networking feedback
  • Conducting in-depth personal interviews
  • Using other assessment tools if required
  • Presenting suitably qualified candidates - our aim is to provide a minimum of 3 CVs in standard format (enabling you to easily find the information you need and to compare them)

Stage Four: Engaging your chosen candidate

  • Acting as a third party negotiator throughout your selection process
  • Providing support against counter offers
  • Providing an on-boarding programme if required
